What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues, follow up to ensure resolution, and maintain detailed records.
• Process orders and manage account documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Stay informed on products, services, and warranties through ongoing training.

What We're Looking For

• Required:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong phone and active listening skills.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  • Customer service or sales experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of automotive makes and models.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
